At Light & Joy Studio, we love celebrating the creativity and accomplishments of our students! From time to time, photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during classes, performances, or special events to highlight the joy and growth that happen in our studio.
These images or recordings may be used by Light & Joy Studio for promotional, educational, or informational purposes — such as on our website, social media pages, emails, printed materials, or other approved outlets that share our programs with the community.
Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) acknowledge that participation in studio activities may include the possibility of their child being photographed or recorded. Families have the option to decline media use for their child, and Light & Joy Studio will always respect and follow the preference indicated on the registration form.
Parents who grant permission understand that Light & Joy Studio may edit, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these materials without payment or other compensation and that the studio may use them in a variety of media formats.
There is no time limit or geographic restriction on the use of approved materials.
